Ultimately, this is an environment that realises growth and fulfils potential – especially yours. You should currently be employed in the Financial Services industry with some sales experience. Having passed the FPC examinations 1-3 inclusive (or equivalent) and having held Competent Advisor Status for at least 6 of the last 24 months, your qualifications will help you transition smoothly into this role. As a target-driven individual with excellent customer service skills, you'll have no problem setting and meeting customer focused objectives.
